My foremost passion lies with my family. As a proud native Houstonian, I earned my Bachelor of Science and pursued Graduate studies at the University of Houston. Since 2007, I've thrived as a Realtor, attained Broker Associate status in 2009, and assumed ownership in 2020. Drawing from a background in Telecommunications, where I held roles such as Project Manager, Management, and Business Development, I've honed skills in communication, organization, flexibility, and contract negotiation. During my leisure time, I engage in exercise, indulge my passion for mosaic art, cherish furry animals, and dedicate my volunteer efforts to Special Pals animal shelter.

Real Estate has always been a passion for Ana Gonzalez. Her father is a contractor with 30 years of experience, and growing up Ana would follow him along to jobs, learning about homes, and looking up the real estate agents who worked to make homes marketable or found the perfect home for their clients. Ana started her career in service as a receptionist in real estate and worked her way up. Ana learned every part of the business, working as a Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and even Office Manager. As such, she saw every inner-workings of the real estate business, how to approach negotiations, ensuring every detail is perfect, and how to navigate the ins and outs of contracts, closings, and transactions. She found that she had a real passion for working with buyers looking for their perfect home, and decided to become a full-time real estate agent. Ana really takes her career to heart, and truly believes that her purpose is to help her clients find their dream home. Because of this, she works with integrity, dedication, and full investmenther clients are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and she wants to be sure it is a wonderful experience. While she specializes in buyers, her work carries over with selling homes too (she loves working with referrals and repeat clientele!) and even finding the perfect rentals for clients who just aren't ready to buy, yet. Russell has many years of experience where he worked as a Project Manager in healthcare insurance on federal government and private sector projects in the Washington DC area. That experience has allowed Russell to approach each Real Estate transaction using four phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure while working with many stakeholders. These phases encompass a flexible timeline which allows the clients to be agile and consider options available for short / long term rentals. Or, significant life changing investments related to residential sales and / or purchases.
